How to Rent

While we are working on our website checkout feature, please contact us for a proposal and to lock in your date and florals. 

- Email a list of chosen items, your event date, event location and delivery requirements to info@gildedlilyrentals.com or inquire on our Contact Page HERE

- We will check availability and send a proposal through email for your approval as soon as possible. Expect to hear back from us within 24 hours!

- Your items will be locked in once we receive your 25% deposit.

 

 What happens after you booked:

1. Upon officially placing your order with a deposit (and securing your date!), you will receive an email containing a link to a form where you can provide all the details of your event.

2. We will send you a follow-up email within 5 business days to confirm the details and contact information, to ensure a smooth process for your big day!

3. (Optional) We will send you a separate invoice to cover the mileage fees (if you are more than 50 miles from Zip Code 02035) or any additional fees due to the specifics of your event.

4. We will get in touch with you or your planner/coordinator 2 months before your event to be sure to meet your expectations (schedule, placement, additional set ups, etc.) and provide the best service!
